# Workspace Settings

As an admin of a workspace, you can control the workspace’s settings. There are general settings available to all workspaces, and security settings for workspaces on the Enterprise plan.

## General Settings

You can customize the following settings regardless of your workspace plan:

1. Workspace Name
2. Workspace Icon

## Security Settings

Enterprise workspaces have access to a variety of security tools to maintain compliance and security postures. We offer the following security settings:

**Restrict uploading files to admins**

When this setting is enabled, only admins will be able to upload files to Spells.

**Require all Spells to use PII Detection**

When this setting is enabled, if a Spell encounters PII information, whether entered into a Spell or when the information is sent to an AI model, the affected steps will not execute. Other parts of the Spell without PII will continue to run, if possible.

**Require all Spells to use Prompt Injection Detection**

When this setting is enabled, if a Spell encounters an attempted prompt injection before running a step using an AI model, the affected steps will not execute. Other parts of the Spell will continue to run, if possible.

**Require all Spells to only use compliant models**

Some models may not meet compliance requirements defined by your organization. Enabling this setting will disable these models from being used in your workspace.

**Retention policy**

By default, Spells and their associated data are stored indefinitely in our systems. You are able to define a schedule on which your Spell data will be completely removed from our systems. Keep in mind that when a retention policy is active, your Spell history will not show deleted Spell runs removed as a result of the retention policy. The only information retained about Spells will be the aggregated AI usage cost accrued as a result of the Spell runs.
